Littlespace is an independently operated, self-hosted communication and community network available at chat.snugglesmp.com, operated and hosted by Cloud Data Hosting LLC in Minnesota, United States. By creating an account or using Littlespace, you agree to these Terms and the Littlespace Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
01
Adults Only — 18+
Littlespace is strictly an 18+ network.
Every person accessing or maintaining an account on Littlespace must be at least 18 years old. Persons under 18 may not use Littlespace, even with permission from a parent or guardian. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
We may suspend an account where we reasonably believe its user is under 18 and may request reasonable information necessary to resolve an age-related safety concern. Accounts determined to belong to persons under 18 may be terminated.
The name "Littlespace," participation in age-regression communities, childlike roleplay, use of terms such as "little," or participation in babyfur, kidfur, cub, pup, kitten, ABDL, caregiver/little, or similar communities does not mean that a user is actually under 18. All users must nevertheless be adults.
02
Open Registration
Littlespace currently permits public account registration. Registration may temporarily or permanently be restricted when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, spam prevention, abuse prevention, capacity management, or other operational reasons.
Creating an account does not create a contractual entitlement to continued access to Littlespace.
03
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining reasonable security over your account and authentication credentials. You may not knowingly:
- misrepresent your age to circumvent the 18+ requirement;
- impersonate another person for deceptive or harmful purposes;
- access another user's account without authorization;
- compromise another user's credentials;
- sell or distribute compromised accounts;
- circumvent an account suspension or network ban;
- use accounts to conduct spam, phishing, fraud, malware distribution, or attacks against the Service.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact admin@snugglesmp.com.
04
Content Philosophy
Littlespace is intended to provide adults with significant freedom to communicate, create communities, participate in roleplay, and share lawful content. Cloud Data Hosting LLC does not intend to prohibit content merely because it is unusual, controversial, adult-oriented, furry-related, age-regression-related, fictional, or offensive to some users.
Individual communities may establish stricter rules for their own spaces. Network-wide moderation primarily exists to protect users, maintain the Service, respond to abuse, and prevent Littlespace infrastructure from being used for unlawful activity.
Nothing in these Terms grants permission to use Littlespace for content or conduct prohibited by applicable law.
05
Adult and NSFW Content
Littlespace is an adults-only network and permits lawful adult and NSFW content. Sexually explicit material must be posted only within channels, communities, or other areas appropriately designated for NSFW content.
Users must not intentionally expose others to explicit sexual material in areas that have not been designated for such content. Communities may establish additional rules concerning NSFW content.
06
Fictional and Age-Themed Content
Littlespace recognizes that adult communities may create or share fictional content involving themes such as:
- furry characters; babyfur; kidfur; cubs; pups; kittens;
- ABDL; age regression; caregiver/little dynamics;
- diapers; pacifiers; bottles; nurseries;
- younger versions of fictional characters; childlike fictional characters;
- fictional ageplay or roleplay; other fantasy or age-themed material.
These themes and labels are not inherently prohibited on Littlespace. A fictional character will not automatically be classified as prohibited content merely because the character is described as a cub, pup, kitten, little, babyfur, kidfur, regressed character, or similar term.
Likewise, diapers, pacifiers, bottles, plushies, cribs, nurseries, childlike clothing, childlike behavior, or similar themes are not inherently sexual and are not prohibited merely because they appear in content. Fictional content is not prohibited merely because its subject matter would be inappropriate or impossible in real life.
However, all content hosted on Littlespace remains subject to applicable law. Where sexually explicit fictional content is otherwise permitted, it must remain within appropriately designated NSFW areas.
07
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
There is an absolute distinction between fictional community themes and the exploitation of real minors.
Child Sexual Abuse Material involving an actual person under 18 is strictly prohibited on Littlespace.
You must not use Littlespace to knowingly:
- upload, possess, or distribute CSAM;
- request, solicit, advertise, or trade CSAM;
- sell or purchase CSAM;
- link users to CSAM or facilitate access to CSAM;
- encourage the production of CSAM;
- participate in the sexual exploitation of an actual minor.
This prohibition applies to public channels, private communities, direct messages, attachments, external links, encrypted files, and any other functionality provided through Littlespace. Private messages are not exempt from this rule. Claims that an actual minor consented do not make such material acceptable.
08
Manipulated Images of Real Minors
Editing or transforming an image of an actual minor does not necessarily turn it into fictional content. Sexual material created using photographs, video, recordings, or other representations of an identifiable actual minor may be prohibited even when that material has been manipulated, edited, transformed, composited, or processed using artificial intelligence.
Users must not use Littlespace to create, distribute, or facilitate unlawful sexual exploitation material involving an actual minor.
09
Synthetic and Fictional Material
Drawings, animation, furry artwork, 3D renders, AI-generated images, computer-generated characters, fictional writing, and other synthetic material are not automatically treated as material involving an actual minor. Littlespace does not prohibit fictional content merely because of terminology, fictional character age, artistic style, fantasy themes, or participation in a particular adult community.
However, fictional or synthetic material must still comply with applicable law. Cloud Data Hosting LLC reserves the right to restrict or remove particular material where we reasonably determine that hosting or distributing it may violate applicable law.
10
Grooming and Exploitation of Real Minors
Littlespace may not be used to facilitate sexual contact with, grooming of, or exploitation of an actual person under 18. Users may not knowingly use Littlespace to:
- groom an actual minor;
- solicit sexual material from an actual minor;
- arrange unlawful sexual activity involving an actual minor;
- facilitate another person's exploitation of an actual minor;
- encourage an actual minor to participate in sexual activity or produce sexual material.
Because Littlespace itself is 18+, a known minor should not have an account in the first place. Suspected underage accounts should be reported to Littlespace administration.
11
Reporting Suspected CSAM
Users who encounter suspected CSAM or sexual exploitation involving an actual minor should report it to Littlespace administration.
Do not repost, forward, download, or create additional copies of suspected CSAM merely for the purpose of reporting it.
Provide administrators with the message, account, channel, or other information necessary to locate the material where possible. Reports may be submitted to admin@snugglesmp.com.
Cloud Data Hosting LLC may preserve relevant information and make reports to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by applicable law.
12
Other Prohibited Conduct
Littlespace may not be used for:
- credible threats of violence; stalking; malicious doxxing;
- phishing; fraud; distribution of malware;
- unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
- intentional attacks against Littlespace infrastructure;
- spam or abusive automated activity;
- non-consensual intimate imagery;
- trafficking or exploitation of another person;
- conduct otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
Content should not be considered prohibited merely because another user finds it offensive. Users are encouraged to use available blocking, muting, community-management, and privacy tools where appropriate.
13
Consent
Sexual interactions involving real people must involve adults capable of consenting. You may not distribute another person's private intimate or sexually explicit images or recordings without authorization.
Sexual exploitation, coercion, trafficking, and non-consensual intimate material are prohibited.
14
Communities May Establish Their Own Rules
Individual communities hosted on Littlespace may establish content standards stricter than these network-wide Terms. For example, a community may prohibit pornography, ageplay, political discussion, certain roleplay, or other material even when that material is permitted elsewhere on Littlespace.
Community moderators may enforce their own rules within spaces they control. Permission under the network-wide Terms does not override a community's own rules.
15
User Content
"User Content" includes messages, images, artwork, video, audio, files, posts, profiles, reactions, and other information submitted through Littlespace. You retain whatever ownership rights you possess in your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant Cloud Data Hosting LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, cache, reproduce, display, back up, and otherwise technically process that content as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, moderate, and operate Littlespace.
Cloud Data Hosting LLC does not obtain ownership of your content merely because you upload it to Littlespace.
16
Administrative Access
Littlespace is self-hosted infrastructure. Users should not assume that messages or files are technically inaccessible to the service operator.
Authorized Cloud Data Hosting LLC personnel and Littlespace administrators may access messages, files, account information, IP addresses, logs, or other stored information when reasonably necessary for:
- moderation; abuse investigations; investigating suspected CSAM;
- security investigations; troubleshooting; infrastructure maintenance;
- responding to user reports; enforcing these Terms;
- protecting users; complying with applicable law; responding to valid legal process.
Administrative access should be limited to persons with a legitimate operational, moderation, security, safety, or legal reason.
17
Moderation
Littlespace moderation is intended to enforce these Terms, community rules, safety requirements, and applicable law—not to guarantee that every user will find every piece of content acceptable. Moderation actions may include:
- content removal; warnings; channel restrictions;
- temporary suspensions; community removal;
- account termination; network bans;
- technical measures intended to prevent repeated abuse.
Context may be considered when making moderation decisions.
18
Questionable Content
Where administrators reasonably believe content may involve an actual minor, unlawful exploitation, CSAM, or another serious legal violation, access to that content may be restricted while the matter is reviewed.
Cloud Data Hosting LLC may preserve relevant information where reasonably necessary or legally required. Moderators should not unnecessarily reproduce or redistribute suspected illegal material during an investigation.
19
Bots, APIs, and Automation
Bots and automated integrations may be permitted where supported. Automation may not be used to:
- spam users; scrape the Service without authorization;
- circumvent technical restrictions; compromise accounts;
- distribute malware; conduct attacks;
- evade moderation; facilitate activity prohibited by these Terms.
Cloud Data Hosting LLC may restrict abusive integrations.
20
Privacy
Use of Littlespace is also governed by the Littlespace Privacy Policy. Our systems may process information including account information, email addresses, IP addresses, authentication information, connection records, messages, files, security logs, moderation records, and application/infrastructure logs.
Additional information about collection, use, retention, and deletion is provided in the Privacy Policy.
21
Security
You may not attempt to obtain unauthorized access to Littlespace systems, databases, accounts, administrative interfaces, networks, or infrastructure.
Good-faith security vulnerabilities should be privately reported to admin@snugglesmp.com. Do not exploit a vulnerability beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish that it exists.
22
Account Deletion
Users may delete their accounts through available self-service functionality where supported. Deletion may also be requested by contacting admin@snugglesmp.com.
Some information may remain temporarily in backups or may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, moderation, abuse prevention, enforcement, legal compliance, or legal claims.
23
Data Retention
Cloud Data Hosting LLC retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for legitimate operational, security, moderation, safety, and legal purposes. Different categories of information may have different retention periods.
Security and moderation records may be retained after account deletion where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse or enforce network restrictions.
24
Service Availability
Littlespace is provided on a self-hosted infrastructure operated by Cloud Data Hosting LLC. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Service may be interrupted because of maintenance, hardware failure, software problems, network failures, upstream outages, attacks, security incidents, power outages, updates, or other circumstances.
Features may be added, modified, restricted, or removed.
25
Backups and Data Loss
Cloud Data Hosting LLC may maintain backups for disaster recovery and operational purposes. Backups are not a guarantee that deleted, corrupted, or lost content can be restored.
Littlespace should not be used as the sole permanent copy of important information. Users should independently back up information they cannot afford to lose.
26
Free Service and Future Paid Features
Littlespace is currently provided free of charge. Cloud Data Hosting LLC may introduce optional paid subscriptions, supporter benefits, additional storage, premium features, or other paid services in the future. Additional payment or subscription terms may apply to those services.
Users will not be charged merely because an existing free account exists without any authorization required for such a charge.
27
Third-Party Services
Littlespace may integrate with third-party services, bots, websites, applications, authentication systems, or other software. Independent third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Cloud Data Hosting LLC is not responsible for services it does not operate.
28
Law Enforcement and Legal Process
Cloud Data Hosting LLC may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or valid legal process. This may include properly issued warrants, subpoenas, court orders, preservation requests, or other legally valid demands.
We may also preserve information where reasonably necessary to investigate serious abuse, exploitation, security incidents, or threats to users. Cloud Data Hosting LLC may challenge or seek to narrow requests we reasonably believe are invalid, excessive, or legally deficient.
29
Suspension and Termination
Cloud Data Hosting LLC may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these Terms or present significant security, safety, abuse, operational, or legal risks.
Serious violations—including use of Littlespace to facilitate actual child sexual exploitation—may result in immediate termination without prior warning. Technical measures may be used to prevent users terminated for serious violations from returning to the Service.
30
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Littlespace is provided "as is" and "as available." Cloud Data Hosting LLC does not guarantee that Littlespace will always be available, secure, error-free, or free from data loss.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
31
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cloud Data Hosting LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, administrators, and authorized representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of or inability to use Littlespace.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
32
Changes to the Service
Cloud Data Hosting LLC may modify, update, replace, restrict, or discontinue features or portions of Littlespace. Technical requirements, storage limits, functionality, community features, and other aspects of the Service may change over time.
33
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as Littlespace evolves or legal, security, or operational requirements change. Material changes may be announced through Littlespace, the website, email, or another reasonable notification method.
The current version will identify its effective or last-updated date.
34
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and applicable United States federal law, except where another law is required to apply.
35
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
36
Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Littlespace Privacy Policy, and any policies expressly incorporated into them constitute the agreement governing your use of Littlespace.

Our approach in plain language
The short version
Littlespace is for adults. We want adults to have substantial freedom to communicate and share lawful content without Cloud Data Hosting LLC policing every fictional theme, fandom, kink, or form of artistic expression.
Furry, babyfur, kidfur, cub, pup, kitten, ABDL, age-regression, caregiver/little, and similar themes are not automatically prohibited simply because those themes exist. NSFW material belongs in designated NSFW spaces.
At the same time, actual minors do not belong on Littlespace, and real child sexual exploitation and CSAM do not belong on our network. We will moderate and take action against actual CSAM, exploitation of real minors, grooming of real minors, and other unlawful activity. Fictional or synthetic content must still comply with applicable law.
Littlespace is 18+. Real minors and their sexual exploitation have no place here.
Littlespace is an independently operated, self-hosted communications service operated by Cloud Data Hosting LLC. These Terms are intended as an operational policy and contractual framework and have been reviewed by legal counsel. They are not a substitute for individualized legal advice.
This Privacy Policy explains how Cloud Data Hosting LLC collects, uses, stores, protects, retains, and discloses information in connection with Littlespace, our independently operated, self-hosted communication and community network at chat.snugglesmp.com. This Policy should be read together with the Littlespace Terms of Service. By accessing or using Littlespace, you acknowledge the practices described below.
01
Littlespace Is an Adults-Only Service
Littlespace is strictly for users who are at least 18 years old.
Persons under 18 may not create, maintain, or use a Littlespace account. The name "Littlespace" and participation in communities involving age regression, ABDL, caregiver/little dynamics, babyfur, kidfur, cub, pup, kitten, furry, ageplay, or similar themes do not mean that a user is actually under 18. All users must nevertheless be adults.
If we reasonably believe an account belongs to a person under 18, we may restrict or suspend the account while the matter is reviewed. Accounts determined to belong to persons under 18 may be terminated. Information relating to such an account may be retained where reasonably necessary for safety, abuse prevention, security, or legal compliance.
02
Information You Provide
When you create an account or use Littlespace, you may provide information including:
- username, display name, and email address;
- profile information, profile image or avatar, biography or status;
- account preferences and community memberships;
- messages, direct messages, posts, images, artwork, videos, audio, files, and attachments;
- reactions, reports, and support requests;
- moderation appeals and communications with administrators;
- other information you choose to submit.
The specific information processed may change as Littlespace's software and features evolve.
03
Authentication Information
Littlespace processes information necessary to authenticate and secure user accounts, which may include email addresses, password hashes, authentication tokens, session identifiers, login timestamps, failed login attempts, security events, and account recovery information.
Where passwords are used, they should be stored using appropriate one-way cryptographic password hashing rather than as readable plaintext. Cloud Data Hosting LLC does not need your original plaintext password in order for an appropriately implemented password authentication system to verify it. You should use a unique password that you do not reuse on another service.
04
Messages and User Content
Littlespace processes and stores User Content necessary to provide its communication and community functionality — public, community, and channel messages; direct messages; timestamps; sender/recipient information; edits and deletion events; reactions; images, artwork, video, audio, files, attachments; and other message metadata.
Messages and files may be stored on infrastructure operated by Cloud Data Hosting LLC. Users should not assume that information stored on Littlespace is technically inaccessible to the service operator.
05
Private and Direct Messages
Direct messages are intended for communication between the participating users.
Cloud Data Hosting LLC does not represent that direct messages are end-to-end encrypted or technically inaccessible to authorized service administrators unless a particular feature expressly states otherwise.
Authorized personnel may access stored direct-message information when reasonably necessary for purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including responding to abuse reports, investigating security incidents, troubleshooting serious technical problems, enforcing the Terms of Service, responding to valid legal process, or investigating suspected exploitation.
The technical ability to access stored messages does not mean administrators routinely read users' private conversations. Administrative access should have a legitimate operational, moderation, safety, security, or legal purpose.
06
Technical and Network Information
Because Littlespace is a self-hosted internet service, our applications, servers, network infrastructure, reverse proxies, security systems, firewalls, and related systems automatically process technical information — IP addresses, connection/login/logout timestamps, session information, user-agent and browser/OS information, device information exposed through normal internet protocols, HTTP request information, server responses, error and application logs, network and authentication logs, reverse-proxy logs, firewall events, rate-limit and security events, failed authentication attempts, and diagnostic information.
This information is necessary for operating and protecting an internet-facing communication service.
07
IP Addresses
Littlespace collects and processes IP addresses.
IP addresses may appear in application logs, authentication records, web-server and reverse-proxy logs, firewall records, security systems, abuse-prevention systems, account records, and administrative logs.
We may use IP addresses to establish connections, authenticate sessions, prevent spam, investigate abuse, detect compromised accounts, enforce network restrictions, prevent ban evasion, rate-limit abusive activity, troubleshoot connection problems, diagnose attacks, protect infrastructure, and investigate security incidents. Authorized Cloud Data Hosting LLC infrastructure administrators may therefore have access to IP-address information.
08
Cookies, Tokens, and Local Storage
Littlespace may use cookies, authentication tokens, browser storage, session identifiers, or similar technologies to keep you signed in, maintain authenticated sessions, remember preferences, secure accounts, prevent unauthorized requests, and provide application functionality.
Disabling technologies necessary for authentication or application functionality may prevent portions of Littlespace from working correctly.
09
How We Use Information
Cloud Data Hosting LLC may process information collected through Littlespace to provide the Service, create and maintain accounts, authenticate users, deliver messages, store and transmit files, operate communities, provide support, investigate reports, moderate the network, enforce rules and the Terms of Service, detect spam and prevent abuse, investigate security incidents, protect accounts, prevent fraud, maintain infrastructure, diagnose problems, maintain backups, recover from failures, improve reliability, respond to legal process, comply with applicable law, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We may also use aggregated or appropriately de-identified operational information to understand and improve service performance.
10
Content Philosophy and Privacy
Littlespace is designed as an open adults-only communication network. Cloud Data Hosting LLC does not intend to inspect, classify, or profile users merely because they participate in communities involving unusual, controversial, adult, furry, age-regression, or other lawful interests.
Participation in a babyfur, kidfur, cub, pup, kitten, ABDL, age-regression, caregiver/little, furry, ageplay, or similar community does not establish that the participant is actually under 18. Likewise, fictional terminology, fictional character ages, diapers, pacifiers, bottles, plushies, cribs, nurseries, or other age-themed elements do not by themselves establish that content involves an actual minor.
Information may nevertheless be reviewed when reasonably necessary for moderation, security, abuse investigations, legal compliance, or the other purposes described in this Policy.
11
Adult and NSFW Content
Littlespace permits certain lawful adult and NSFW content in designated areas. Content submitted to NSFW areas is processed and stored by Littlespace infrastructure substantially like other User Content.
Cloud Data Hosting LLC does not sell or commercially profile users based upon the particular adult communities, fictional interests, or lawful NSFW content they choose to participate in through Littlespace. NSFW content may be accessed by authorized administrators when reasonably necessary for legitimate moderation, safety, security, technical, or legal purposes.
12
Fictional and Synthetic Content
Littlespace may contain furry, babyfur, and kidfur artwork; cub, pup, or kitten characters; age-regression, ABDL, and caregiver/little content; fictional roleplay; drawings, animation, 3D renders, AI-generated material; and other fictional or synthetic content.
Cloud Data Hosting LLC does not automatically treat fictional or synthetic material as involving an actual minor merely because of its themes, terminology, artistic style, or fictional character age. Content must nevertheless comply with applicable law and the Littlespace Terms of Service.
13
Actual Minors and CSAM
There is an important distinction between fictional content and the exploitation of an actual person under 18.
Child Sexual Abuse Material involving actual minors is strictly prohibited on Littlespace.
Cloud Data Hosting LLC may process account information, messages, files, IP addresses, logs, and related records when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected child sexual exploitation or CSAM. When we become aware of suspected unlawful material involving actual minors, we may restrict access to it, suspend associated accounts, preserve relevant information, investigate the circumstances, take measures to prevent further distribution, and make disclosures or reports where required or permitted by applicable law.
Handling of suspected CSAM is treated as a serious safety and legal matter rather than ordinary content moderation.
14
Reporting Suspected CSAM
Users who encounter suspected CSAM or sexual exploitation involving an actual minor should report it to Littlespace administration. Users should not download, repost, forward, screenshot, or create additional copies of suspected CSAM merely to submit a report.
Where possible, provide information that allows authorized administrators to locate the material within Littlespace without reproducing it. Reports may be submitted to admin@snugglesmp.com.
Information relating to serious child-safety reports may be retained longer than ordinary moderation information where reasonably necessary or legally required.
15
Manipulated Material Involving Real Minors
Manipulating a photograph, recording, or other representation of an actual minor does not necessarily make the resulting material purely fictional. Where necessary for safety or legal compliance, Cloud Data Hosting LLC may investigate content that appears to have been created or manipulated using source material involving an actual minor.
Relevant information may be restricted, preserved, or disclosed where required or permitted by applicable law.
16
Administrative Access
Littlespace is self-hosted by Cloud Data Hosting LLC. Authorized personnel may have technical access to information stored on the Service where reasonably necessary for troubleshooting, infrastructure maintenance, account recovery, security or abuse investigations, moderation, responding to user reports, investigating suspected CSAM, enforcing the Terms of Service, protecting users or infrastructure, responding to valid legal process, or complying with applicable law.
Administrative access should be limited to persons with a legitimate reason to access the relevant information. The existence of administrative access does not mean Cloud Data Hosting LLC routinely reads private conversations or manually reviews all content uploaded to Littlespace.
17
Moderation Records
When moderation or enforcement action occurs, we may create and retain records including reports, reported account identifiers, relevant message identifiers and content, moderation notes, warnings, suspensions, bans, timestamps, IP information where relevant, audit logs, security information, and evidence reasonably necessary to understand an incident.
Moderation records may be retained after an account is deleted when reasonably necessary for abuse prevention, ban enforcement, security, safety, dispute resolution, or legal purposes.
18
Automated Moderation and Security
Littlespace may use automated systems to assist with security, spam prevention, rate limiting, malware detection, abuse prevention, or other operational purposes. The specific technologies used may change as Littlespace evolves.
Automated security systems may process technical identifiers, account information, message metadata, uploaded files, or other information where reasonably necessary for their intended purpose. Cloud Data Hosting LLC may introduce additional safety technology in the future and update this Privacy Policy where appropriate.
19
Information We Share
Cloud Data Hosting LLC does not sell Littlespace users' personal information as part of operating the Service. We do not sell private messages. We do not sell users' IP addresses. We do not sell users' uploaded content.
We may disclose information in limited circumstances to: infrastructure providers necessary to operate the Service; security or technical providers; professional advisers; payment processors if paid features are introduced; courts; law enforcement or government authorities where legally required; parties involved in valid legal proceedings; or another entity involved in a legitimate merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of the Littlespace service, subject to applicable law.
Where reasonably possible, disclosure should be limited to information necessary for the relevant purpose.
20
Legal Requests
Cloud Data Hosting LLC may preserve or disclose information when required by applicable law or valid legal process, including properly issued warrants, subpoenas, court orders, preservation demands, or other legally valid requests.
We may also preserve information when reasonably necessary to investigate serious abuse, security incidents, exploitation, or threats to users. Where legally permitted, Cloud Data Hosting LLC may challenge, reject, or seek to narrow requests we reasonably believe are invalid, excessive, or legally deficient.
21
Emergency Situations
Cloud Data Hosting LLC may disclose limited information where we reasonably believe disclosure is permitted by law and necessary to address an imminent threat of death, serious physical injury, exploitation, or another serious emergency. Emergency disclosures will be evaluated based on the circumstances known to us at the time.
22
Data Retention
Cloud Data Hosting LLC retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for legitimate purposes. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information — factors include whether your account remains active, operational and security requirements, backup schedules, moderation requirements, abuse and fraud prevention, network-ban enforcement, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.
We do not promise that every category of information is deleted according to the same schedule.
23
Backups
Cloud Data Hosting LLC may maintain backups for disaster recovery, operational continuity, security, and system restoration. Deleted information may remain within backups until those backups are rotated, overwritten, or destroyed according to our normal backup lifecycle.
Backups are generally intended to restore systems rather than provide individual-record management. Information restored from a backup may subsequently become subject to ordinary deletion procedures.
24
Account Deletion
Where supported, users may delete their Littlespace account using self-service account functionality, or by contacting admin@snugglesmp.com. We may require reasonable verification that you control the account.
Deleting an account does not necessarily result in instantaneous removal of every associated record. Certain information may remain where reasonably necessary for backups, security, fraud/abuse prevention, moderation, network-ban enforcement, preservation obligations, and legal compliance or claims.
25
Deleted Messages and Shared Content
Deleting a message or account from active Littlespace systems does not guarantee destruction of every independent copy. Other users may have quoted a message, downloaded an attachment, saved an image, forwarded information, taken a screenshot, or otherwise independently retained information.
Cloud Data Hosting LLC generally cannot control copies independently created and retained by another user outside Littlespace infrastructure. Deleted information may also temporarily remain in backups, caches, logs, or moderation records.
26
Access and Correction
Users may modify certain account information using available account settings. For information that cannot be modified through the Service, users may contact admin@snugglesmp.com.
We may require reasonable verification before providing access to or modifying account information. Additional rights may be available depending upon applicable privacy law.
27
Data Security
Cloud Data Hosting LLC uses reasonable technical and administrative measures intended to protect Littlespace and information stored on its systems, including authentication controls, access restrictions, network security, firewalls, logging, monitoring, encryption where appropriate, backups, software updates, and vulnerability remediation.
However, no internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security. Cloud Data Hosting LLC cannot guarantee that Littlespace will never experience unauthorized access, vulnerabilities, data loss, compromise, or another security incident.
28
Security Incidents
If we discover a security incident affecting personal information, Cloud Data Hosting LLC may investigate, contain, remediate, and document the incident. Where applicable law requires notification to affected users or government authorities, Cloud Data Hosting LLC will provide required notifications.
Information relating to a security incident may be retained as reasonably necessary to investigate the incident, prevent recurrence, comply with law, or establish or defend legal claims.
29
Third-Party Bots and Integrations
Littlespace may support bots, integrations, external applications, or other third-party services. Independent third parties may process information according to their own privacy policies.
Users should consider the permissions and privacy practices of third-party services before interacting with them. Cloud Data Hosting LLC is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of services it does not operate.
30
External Links
Users may share links to websites or services outside Littlespace. Following an external link may provide information to the operator of that website, including information ordinarily transmitted by a web browser.
Cloud Data Hosting LLC does not control the privacy or security practices of independent external websites.
31
Future Paid Features
Littlespace is currently provided free of charge. Cloud Data Hosting LLC may introduce optional paid subscriptions, supporter features, additional storage, premium functionality, or other paid services in the future. If payments are introduced, we may use a third-party payment processor.
Where reasonably possible, sensitive payment-card information should be handled directly by the payment processor rather than stored on Littlespace infrastructure. This Privacy Policy may be updated before or when payment features are introduced to describe additional processing.
32
United States Processing
Littlespace is operated and hosted by Cloud Data Hosting LLC in Minnesota, United States. Information processed through Littlespace may therefore be stored and processed in the United States. Users accessing Littlespace from other jurisdictions understand that information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, subject to applicable law.
33
Children's Privacy
Although Littlespace permits fictional and age-themed content, Littlespace itself is not a service for children. No person under 18 may maintain a Littlespace account.
This distinction is important: fictional childlike characters or adult age-regression communities do not mean actual children are permitted on Littlespace.
If we discover that an account belongs to an actual person under 18, we may suspend or terminate it and remove associated information, subject to records that reasonably must be retained for safety, security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
If you believe an actual person under 18 is using Littlespace, contact admin@snugglesmp.com.
34
Changes to This Privacy Policy
Cloud Data Hosting LLC may update this Privacy Policy as Littlespace, our infrastructure, applicable law, or our privacy practices change. Material changes may be communicated through Littlespace, chat.snugglesmp.com, account notifications, email, or another reasonable method.
The date at the beginning of this Policy identifies when it was most recently updated.

The short version
Littlespace is an adults-only, self-hosted communication network. Cloud Data Hosting LLC operates and hosts the infrastructure.
We collect information necessary to provide and secure the Service. This can include account information, messages, files, IP addresses, authentication records, security events, and technical logs. We do not sell your private messages, IP addresses, or uploaded content.
Authorized administrators technically may be able to access information stored on Littlespace, but that does not mean administrators routinely read private conversations. Administrative access should occur for legitimate reasons such as moderation, security, troubleshooting, abuse investigations, suspected CSAM investigations, or legal compliance.
Littlespace may contain furry, babyfur, kidfur, cub, pup, kitten, ABDL, age-regression, caregiver/little, NSFW, fictional, or other adult-community content. We do not assume that a user is under 18 merely because they participate in these communities, nor do we automatically treat fictional content as involving an actual minor merely because of its terminology or fictional themes.
At the same time, actual minors are not permitted to use Littlespace, and actual child sexual exploitation and CSAM are prohibited. When we become aware of suspected CSAM involving an actual minor, Cloud Data Hosting LLC may restrict access, preserve relevant information, investigate, and make disclosures or reports where required or permitted by applicable law.
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary, although backups, security records, moderation records, and legally required records may remain longer.
Littlespace is 18+. Fictional themes are not actual children. Actual minors and their sexual exploitation have no place on the network.
This Privacy Policy is intended to transparently describe Littlespace's data practices and has been reviewed by legal counsel. It is not individualized legal advice for any particular situation.
